Can I get a refund for an Orange event ticket?
Our cancellation policy for all events is as follows.
Event tickets are non-refundable upon purchase but fully transferable to a substitute registrant within your organization up to and including the day(s) of the event. Transferring tickets to another attendee can be managed through your event account login. Transferring and reselling your tickets to another person outside your church or organization will forfeit your entire registration. We can also transfer an in-person ticket to the digital event (applicable to Orange Conference only) if helpful. Please do not ask the Orange staff to make exceptions to this policy.
